Howdy! I’m Suzanne—the woman behind Hot Flash Finds and, yes, the one you may have seen in the freezer aisle at H-E-B (a Texas grocery chain where locals linger as much as they shop), hovering like it’s my private Hill Country hideaway. This space was born out of midlife’s wild mix of charm and chaos: night sweats, hot flashes and the kind of heat only a Texas summer can perfect.

I live in a tiny house, which means my fan and I are on a first-name basis. When you share less than 400 square feet with your shoes, every hot flash feels like a party you didn’t RSVP to. But somewhere between the sleepless nights and the thermostat battles, I realized women like us deserve more than gimmicks. We deserve real solutions, a little laughter and the reminder that none of us have to go through this season alone.
